Depositing from a mobile banking account registered in another person's name is strictly prohibited. All deposits must be made from a payment method belonging to the account holder.

Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Any balance that has not met the applicable bonus conditions cannot be withdrawn.
New members can receive a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of BDT 1,000 is required, and wagering requirements must be met to claim this bonus.
Each bonus carries a specific wagering multiplier. For example, a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 30 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.

Jaya VIP reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason. In most cases, the reason will be communicated and any remaining balance will be returned.
If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
Accounts inactive for 12 months or more may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of BDT 100. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.
